Conduit architecture+design was founded in 2013 to make a difference through architecture. Our work is rooted in thoughtful design, consistent collaboration, and a commitment to creating spaces that serve and strengthen communities. As a full-service studio, we bring a personalized, hands-on approach to every phase of the design process—from concept through construction. Our size allows us to stay fully engaged throughout a project’s life cycle, ensuring continuity, responsiveness, and attention to detail at every step. Both conduit principals, Kobey Seale and Eric Ciskowski, are involved from start to finish providing consistent leadership, expert guidance, and creative problem-solving to deliver impactful solutions.
