McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch

The City of McKinney has started a multi-year renovation of the McKinney Soccer Complex at Craig Ranch to attract sports tourism to the community. The city recently just finished the first phase of a complete renovation to the Soccer Complex. The project includes renovating the sports fields, improving the spectator areas, expanding hike and bike trails, and adding digital scoreboards, restroom buildings, pavilions and play equipment. conduit designed two (2) 2,500 square-foot Concession Buildings that are CMU structures with stone veneer and standing seam metal roofs. Each building contains a concession area, restrooms, family restroom, large general storage area, and large covered seating area.

Phase I was completed in the Summer of 2024.
