conduit architecture+design performed as the Design Architects for the Eikon Consultant Group’s Independent Bank renovation located in Dallas Texas. The approximately 7,200 square-foot office suite, located on the twelfth floor, was designed to maximize the natural light and views of uptown Dallas. The design challenge was to transform an existing space to meet the functionality and vision while using as much existing elements to maximize the client’s budget.
