Little Elm Animal Shelter
Project Architect, Kobey Seale, designed the Little Elm Animal Shelter and conduit architecture+design provided construction administration. The 3,700 sf project was completed in 2013. The new shelter provided much needed space while also providing a community friendly and professional environment. The shelter includes 26 dog kennels with exterior runs, a cat room, quarantine space, an exam room, an office, and a reception area. The design included the use of durable materials and efficient space planning to provide a shelter that will serve Little Elm for many years.
