Little Elm Public Safety Building
conduit architecture+design principal, Kobey Seale, performed as Project Manager for the Jim Wilson Architects designed Public Safety Center for the Town of Little Elm, Texas. The approximately 41,000 square-foot facility houses the Central Fire Station, the Police Station, Jail, Emergency Operations Center, Administrative Offices, Exercise and Training Facilities. The building is located adjacent to the Town Hall, complementing the existing architecture and enhancing the campus-like plan of the town’s civic center. Some elements of the building are shared by both entities. The main entry lobby and reception area feed directly into a large community room that also functions as a training facility and Emergency Operations Center. The Town of Little Elm is currently experiencing tremendous growth, and this building sets the tone for future construction.
