McKinney Fire Station No. 10 is located in the Trinity Falls development to serve the new and growing population. The facility is approximately 15,900 square feet and the design was based off of station No. 9 that was recently completed. Features include three drive-through apparatus bays, a community room for the public’s use, training yard, and supports a staff of ten firefighters. The design considers the regional context of the surrounding Trinity Falls Development with the brick and stone exterior veneers. Architectural metal panels, Standing seam metal roof, and careful attention to masonry coursing pattern and details will provide a subtle but contemporary feel.
