conduit architecture+design designed the new 10,217 square foot office building for RKT Law in the Craig Ranch development.  The building provides visibility along the busy Sam Rayburn Tollway corridor. The office building includes a lobby, four conference rooms, offices, open work area, large central work room, and break room. The building also includes a space for future expansion and a roof-top deck for office entertainment. A semi-private entry courtyard was designed for clients to enjoy while waiting for appointments. Materials include coursed buff Lueders limestone, charcoal smooth modular brick, and architectural concealed fastener metal panels.
