The Shops at The Gate is a plaza with two 8,000 square foot retail shell buildings located between the intersection of Frisco Green Ave and John Hickman Parkway in Frisco, Texas. The design focuses on creating a pleasant, leisurely walking experience with extravagant water features and planters, steel canopies, and playful site usage. It was important for this design to be accessible and welcoming from both sides due to the existing apartment complex behind the plaza and its adjacency to the highway. The buildings themselves are modern with black metal panels, white stone textured tiles, and black steel and glazing to give patrons a high-end experience.

The Gate was completed in the Fall of 2021.
